(3) CL818 electric energy remote service terminal has strong functions, which can collect digital quantity, pulse quantity and 48 rates. It can upload data to multiple master stations simultaneously through NC608 terminal server by dialing (PSTN telephone public network/wireless/carrier/power microwave) or by direct connection of RS-232 serial port. It supports a variety of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, PPP, RAP, and RS-232, RS-422, RS-485.

(4) NC608 plays a very important role in the sub-station without Ethernet environment. The NC608 terminal server is connected to the lower device by means of RS-232 serial port. If the distance is relatively close, the device can be directly connected by means of RS-232 serial port line. If the distance is relatively far, the device can be directly connected by means of dialing by means of RS-232 modem. Connect devices through PSTN/wireless/carrier/power microwave and other common power channels. NC608 terminal server is the bridge and link between CL818 electrical energy remote service terminal and the upper end of the data transmission workstation. It is an important part of communication network and CL818 power remote service terminal. The 10/100mps network port of the NC608 terminal server is connected to the communication network for data transmission
