"Redundancy" has been widely used in the design of power dispatching and monitoring automation system. NC616E is a special communication server for electric power developed for the particularity of electric power industry. 1. Dual-network redundancy means that the host is connected to the NC616E by forming two independent physical networks. In this case, two independent nics must be installed on the PC host. When one network is disconnected, the PC can still communicate with the serial port device through the other network.
2.NC616E supports six terminal sessions. Whether it adopts Windows real COM port mode or TCP/UDP Socket mode, it can realize data exchange between a maximum of six hosts and devices connected to a serial port of NC616E at the same time. The security mechanism combined with NC616E can realize hierarchical management and multi-level backup of bottom data. Multi-session function is an important software strip to realize dual network redundancy.
3. The BBSea NC616E provides two power inputs to avoid data loss caused by single power interruption and realize power backup. The NC616E power supply adopts the internal isolation design scheme, two power supplies can work at the same time. Double power switch is provided to control the power supply to work independently or at the same time, and double power indicator to provide the basis for the power supply and the judgment of the working state, so as to "nip in the bud".
